New module

We now open up for application to the new module starting autumn 2011. Apply for this module latest: 1st of July 2011 with a personal CV and motivation for the study.

The IMP

The International Masters Programme (IMP) has been developed by the University of Plymouth, England in collaboration with the Rudolf Steiner University College Järna, Sweden. The IMP is based on the student’s particular individual needs and leads to a Master’s degree. The programme is modular, flexible and wide-ranging. The core activity is the individual research on topics related to students’ interests or professional questions.

Venue

Rudolf Steiner University College Järna situated in a rural area 50 km south of Stockholm. On campus accommodation is possible. Travel information: some low budget flights arrive at Stockholm Skavsta 45 km south of Järna. Stockholm Arlanda the major airport is situated 100 km from Järna.

Awards

The following academic awards are available:

After two modules Postgraduate Certificate ( PGCert) 60 Masters credits.

After four modules Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) 120 Masters credits.

After dissertation Masters of Arts: MA: Education (Eurythmy).

The MA: Education – Eurythmy has been validated regarding European Credit points and the full programme is worth 110 ECTS.

Requirements

A diploma from a four-year eurythmy training or another fulfilled educational or artistic training on the same level and relevant for the study will demonstrate the candidates’ suitability. The decision can also be based on other qualifications, such as a range of publications or record of thoughtful and innovative professional practice in fields relevant to the study. After the first module the final decision will be made about entry to the full programme.
