During the last week of July (22nd through the 28th) 2018 we will be offering an artistic eurythmy retreat in Harlemville, NY. \u00a0We will be based at Mettabee Farm and Arts here, a center with a beautiful large converted barn space with gardens and animals, (the donkey sometimes makes herself heard)! \u00a0There are accommodations available here at Mettabee as well as kitchen facilities. \u00a0Other rooms will be found locally.<\/p>\n
We are excited that during the mornings we will work with Dorothea Mier on tone eurythmy. \u00a0We will focus on Ave Verum by Mozart with a beautiful Steiner Form. Afternoons we will have just one more session \u2013 around the theme of how we support our artistic lives in the midst of our work, in order to keep ourselves at our creative best! We will experiment with some shorter texts trying out different forms and gesture possibilities, having also time for conversations.<\/p>\n
Evenings will be free for Tanglewood concerts or Shakespeare and Co. or one of the many other summer offerings here in the Berkshires, like hiking and swimming.<\/p>\n
Cost: \u00a0Sliding Scale: $300 – $450<\/p>\n
We hope to have some scholarship funds available as well.<\/p>\n
